"The location is perfect and that is what you're paying for. The space is run down and poorly designed. The master bed was comfy and slept great. The pull outs were in rough shape. "

"Warning: do not stay in room 310. Additionally, I would strongly advise you do not deal with or rent with Rocky Mountain Management. I have never written a review before but this place was by far the worst. 1. We were emailed check in instructions with codes for entrance gate and lodge entrance. That morning they changed the codes without letting us know so we could not get in the gate or the lodge. After freezing outside we finally got a return call with proper codes. Understand there is NO...
"..this place was filthy. Floors not swept, linen NOT changed ( full of hairs ), shower floors disgusting; we had to call housekeeping on new years eve to take care of it.
COVID-19 started in CO in this ski resorts and Rocky Mountain Resort Management ( renter) seems not to care about that fact providing lodging this mediocre.

"It’s the bare minimum I would accept for this price point. It’s a decent place, needs lots of work. Not even talking about updates. The single parking spot is disappointing for a 4 bdrm condo. It’s also not super easy access. Check in process was easy enough off site. Location is the gem for this one if you can take the subpar beds and kitchen. The tvs are decent, the use of furniture not bad. Just set expectations lower on this rental. "

"Beautiful location, nice rooms and kitchen, underground parking garage was convenient, and we saw several deer and 3 moose from our room. This was the perfect location for a fall leaf-peeping family vacation. "
"Everything was great! The hotel exceeded our expectations. Loved the pool area after a long day of hiking. The restaurant was great, too. Definitely would stay here again. "
