"rooms are clean. staff is very helpful when you have any questions. liked the breakfast options (good protein available). access to pool, nice casino area (wife loved it), loved the underground parking!"

"The bed was comfortable, and there was strong shower pressure with plenty of hot water. The hot tub was very hot. We had an issue with the dryer not drying properly, but Chris made sure it got dried. The room wasn't cleaned while we were there; however, any issues we had, Chris managed and handled whatever came up. He definitely cares about customer satisfaction. There's a bar near the main lobby, and Chris also managed that, making sure to keep up with our rowdy group, from playing music to impromptu karaoke. Great place for the price. There was also a shuttle you can request to take you to and from downtown Deadwood at no extra cost."

"We went the first weekend of Sturgis. The room was extremely overpriced. We booked it months in advance. We had an additional group with us. They walked in day of with open rooms at half the cost youโre paying for location and if you can just take the chance and book it the day of not in advance, it was about a $250 mistake. Location is great parking is around the corner a block away but what a great time to be in deadwood South Dakota"
