"They do not clean your room unless you request it, even then they do not clean properly I requested a number of times to clean before 11am as they ask you and not cleaned. Also they do not offer Expedia platinum members anything"

"how on earth is this 4*. room was very basic with just 1 chair to sit on. there was no drawers to put your clothes in so had to live out of suitcase. We didn't even have tea and coffee making facility in our room. The drain in bathroom kept smelling so had to shut door. they never solved problem just put something down drain to make it smell better. They didn't move us to a different room. TV had no English channels. The sauna they wanted 10 euros each to use. there was nothing to do there at night. breakfast was ok plenty to eat but was same every day. I would not even give them 3* rating. Staff not friendly."
