"Our room was big and comfortable about 18m2 (6mx3m) and a bathroom about 5m2. Shared kitchen was clean. Room was clean.
I think there are 4-5 rooms total. There are 3 tables in shared outside area and this area was cosy and comfortable. There are lovely 3 cats in that share area.
Location is good close to different bays and beaches. About 20km to Cagliari. There are supermarkets very close (walkable) and a restourant very closeby (maybe 300 meters) There are no eggs in breakfast but you can...
"When we arrived at Hotel Califfo the receptionist was pleasant enough, despite our late arrival. However, that’s about the only good thing about this place. The location is far away from any nicer restaurants, which was poor research on our part. The largest issue was the cleanliness, the room was downright disgusting and I think at best the bed was made and th toiletries replaced. Drywall plaster shavings on the floor, dirt/grim on coverlet, blood oj the pillow case and ants on the floor....

"Great concept. Just what you need. Very good bathrooms and shower facility. fast internet. Comfortable bed. The address in Expedia is wrong. It is 1.8km down the road towards the east. "
"Very lovely room; spacious, clean and well serviced. The property has a home-y feeling about it: the garden and the terrace are perfect to relax. The breakfast is served on a small terrace with some shadow, and it was lovely."
"The apartment we stayed in was upstairs with a balcony. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Everything needed for our stay. Balcony area needed more comfortable furniture in general- when I asked for sun loungers, they were brought up straight away.
Parking on site is excellent and very secure. No fault of the apartment owners but we did have a very noisy family next to us who let their children run around the car park and gardens until 10pm each night - not great when you want to relax on the balcony!
The bed was very hard and quite uncomfortable for us.
A car is an absolute essential. The apartments are in a residential area with a beach at the end of the road and a supermarket at the other end . Very handy. There are one or two restaurants that you can walk to but it is a very busy road. The marina is a short drive with a restaurant/cafe and it’s lovely. They are building a pool on the plot of land next door so there was some daytime noise (we stayed June 2025). A great holiday, very enjoyable. "
"The hotel met the need, but it's run down (maybe it's old?), cleanliness was totally fine but in our room, we had that second toilet thing we didn't use (thankfully), but when we poured water down it, it didn't work. The shower head base was broken so we had to hold the shower to wash, the shower curtain thing also leaked. Also the AC either wasn't strong enough to keep up with the heat or not working to my standards (the boyfriend thought it was fine... I did not). Rooms also have paper thin walls, we were playing cards and our neighbour came knocking asking us to turn it down -- we were talking normal so we tried to be as quiet as we could after that. Also we figured out quick they run out of food by the 0900 crowd so we made a point to go for breakfast by 0830 or go out for breakfast.
All-in... It met our needs of free parking and the mattress wasn't too bad to sleep on."
