Property and location was excellent. My only complaint was that the breakfast was over priced for what was included. Breakfast was just bread, fruit, cheese, meats, yogurt, cereal and coffee.

No hotel feeling but nice, modern rooms

Nice, modern rooms, slept well, nice to have pillow options. Entrance a bit strange as it is also a building that houses an association of the Swiss meat processsing industry where they hold seminars. All in all we enjoyed it. Can not comment on breakfast as we chose otherwise.

A little bit of paradise

I asked for a chair with arms and they made it happen. They cooked eggs for me everyday and could have had bacon as well. The room was dark and quiet at night. The walk from the train station was nice. The television had 30.music channels, loved it. The view of the village and castle during breakfast was superb.

Soulless building next to fabulous surroundings and residences. Owners put eco credentials above customer comfort. Zero facilities in room - just a bin and a hairdryer. Asked for more pillows and had to put cover on myself. Our outside seating area unclean. Bit dungeon-like with cement and breeze blocks. No aircon- very hot in May 25. Had shower gel 1 day then it was removed. Poor internet. Restaurant not open evenings. Ants on floor. I’ve been to better hostels. Cost approx 800 aud for 2 nights!! Positive: ummmm shower and breakfast very good

The staff was very helpful and accomodatinf to our needs. The only issue we faced was that the cacility did not have AC or fans. The days were really hot and we needed some circulationnin the rooms for which there was no provisions.

Seaside hotel provide a room without window, not to mention the sea view or pool view Far away from railway station, if go with luggage, it is a hard task & difficult to find the hotel Not close to the pier, need to walk up the slope

There was a random wall between the room, the toilet has no door, all the walls were built with grey bricks and the floor had no carpet. It felt like I was living in a prison inside.

Central and great location - short walking distance to marina, beach, restaurants, and public pool that overlooks Lake Thun. The hotel shares an outdoor garden space with neighboring hotel, and it is a great experience to sit in the lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful views which overlook the lake and marina below. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very eco conscious and more minimal with amenities but the location, cleanliness and comfort of hotel are worth the stay. If you can, reserve a room with the outdoor shared terrace where you can walk out to and see Lake Thun from your room. It is amazing!

Great property with proximity to Interlaken

Very pleasant stay. Modern design, good size clean room. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Free breakfast is a nice addition. The property located just a 15 minutes scenic drive to Interlaken that is actually a bonus.

Mycket fint rum med balkong och fantastisk utsikt över sjön och berg. Rummet var rent och modernt inrett. Frukosten var bra. Enda negativa var att rummet var lite varmt men det var också en värmebölja när vi var där. Vi var nöjda med att bo i Spiez och inte i Interlaken. Spiez är en vacker liten ort med en mindre hamnpromenad och ett par restauranger. Enkelt med Swiss Travel Pass (tåg) att ta sig till kända områden som t ex Grindelwald eller Jungfraujoch men också fina men mindre turistiga områden som Stockhorn. Du kan också ta båt runt sjön Thun.

They claimed to be 3 star but rooms have no AC, freeze or coffee machine. You have to go to lobby for coffee and they charge 4.5 franks for it, not free. Laundry is 6 franks. Very few eating options around. If you have to go to Interlaken take bus and then train. Bus is once every hour so not easily accessible. Above all staff is not too helpful.

Das Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten entsprach nicht unserem Wunsch, wir erwarteten ein Doppelbett!. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Service. Für uns stimmte der Zimmerpreis nicht, da Zimmer sehr klein und keine Aussicht auf See! In dieses Hotel kommen wir nie wieder!

Hotel très bien placé au bord du lac de Thoune, restaurants au port de Spiez accessibles à pied. Personnel accueillant. Parking payant abrité et sûr. Petit-déjeuner buffet avec un large choix, des produits locaux et une salle possédant une belle vue sur le lac. Chambre très propre. Seuls défauts : pas d'ascenseur, et pas de bouilloire/minibar dans les chambres.

Atendimento excelente, ótima experiência

O atendimento da recepção foi fantástico, nos proveu todas informações necessárias e tudo que precisávamos, inclusive um ventilador portátil. O quarto estava muito limpo, a cama era confortável. Belo café da manhã com uma vista incrível. Algo que não sabia antes de reservar e nos foi muito útil é a possibilidade de ter transporte de ônibus gratuito com um passe que é emitido pelo hotel.
