"Horrible!!! Bathroom wasnt clean and very very small. Not elevator. Pool was small and cold. Had to take a cold shower. Only one outlet in room other than bathroom sink/container. "Maintenance tried to come into my room while I was asleep, I ran from the bed to block the door. Kasa forgot to tell pple about pest control visit. Thin walls, cheap bed frame and noisey. Communication isnt great between host, Kasa & building. Didn't feel safe staying here."
