"Rooms were clean a little out dated. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were cold. The morning of checkout my room key stopped working and I had to get a new one though it was well before checkout time. Beds were comfortable and overall it was quiet. They have a pool but I didn’t use so I can’t comment. Staff was friendly."

"This is a nasty hotel. Beware. We tried booking the best of the rooms at $240 and a cheap Holiday Inn was like the Ritz in comparison. For example: they have a cheap hot tub in the room--that is, outside the bathroom, next to the bed, on the carpet. The place is not right. Stay in Fargo or drive to Bismarck or Montana to find better."

"My husband stayed there two weeks for work. He was told they didn't clean rooms he would have to do that himself neither did they give fresh towels or linen he would have to launder them himself. There was an inch and a half gap under the outside door when he got there that didn't get fixed until shortly before he left. Parking was terrible. Many of the tenants would take two spaces because they didn't want their vehicles scratched so if you didn't get there early there would be no where to park"
