"The staff was friendly, helpful, and pleasant they made my fiance and I feel at home as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the housekeepers made sure we had clean towels daily. The hotel was very clean and organized. From Dani and John we want to give a huge thank you to Jeff the GM, Chris our bartender, and Kelly and E our front desk. You guys made our stay special with great conversation and laughter. Our next visit again will be at the Hyatt Nashville / Brentwood for sure. Thank you guys for everything. "

"I usually don’t review hotel breakfast but today I will . The eggs , bacon, hash browns and French toast were all cold. I told the attendant and she just smiled ( I don’t think she understood a word). This is a health code violation and could be the cause of guests getting ill. I should report this to the Health Department."

"Facilities were fine for what we wanted however we chose La Quinta due to a prior stay in Huntsville - much smarter & fresher and for a less price. I think it would be best to concentrate on refurbishment over having a pool that no-one seemed to be using. Staff were friendly - especially the guy from Hawaii. Stated a 2nd night but that was more for convenience than facilities. Please upgrade your rooms to the same standard as Huntsville & people will want to stay more. "
