Hôtel avec du potentiel mais pas exploité !

Hôtel potable avec un bon potentiel mais pas exploité. Chambre moyenne petite salle de bain. Les draps et serviette ne sont changés que si vous le demandez. Le confort du lit est moyen. Le personnel ni horrible ni très agréable. Point positif : petite plage (galet) a vraiment 5 min à pied en descendant des marches. Petit café bar mais uniquement à boire. Dommage! Le petit centre ville a 5 min à pied dispose de 3-4 restaurants et des bars pour des cafés mais rien de très fou On est resté 1 semaine mais je dirai de ne rester là bas qu’une seule nuit par contre! Hôtel en dessous d’un 3 étoiles à mon avis !

Preis Leistung passt

Eine liebe kleine Pension 100 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber alles was man braucht und einer Klimaanlage. Familäres Ambiente. Personal sehr zuforkommend. Dazugehöriges Café/Bar mit Terrasse direkt über dem schönen Kiesstrand und schönem Blick. Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen. Preis Leistung ist auf jeden Fall gegeben.

Grazioso hotel a due passi dal mare. Camera semplice ed essenziale. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un mino-frigo in camera avrebbe reso più confortevole il soggiorno.

hadde ingen fasiliteter utenom romma, verken tilbud om frokost e.l., sengene var dårlige(for tynne madrasser), air-condition på ene rommet fungerte dårlig, måtte låse oss inn og ut av selve hotellet, trange bad og gammeldagse tvér.

villa tranquila

Es una villa regentada por una mujer. La mujer es muy amable pero solo habla alemán y croata. Es una villa tranquila con una cala a 10metros. El desayuno perfecto. Las habitaciones con aire acondicionado y tv. No está en el mismo Split. Está en Stobrec pegado a split pero se está a gusto y tiene parking propio. La zona tiene restaurantes, bares, playas, tiendas...

Séjour de motard en vadrouille

accès à la mer à proximité immédiate, juste une cinquantaine de marche à descendre. Les propriétaires sont également tenanciers du bar situé juste en face et dont la terrase donne sur la mer. Le mobilier des chambres est très sommaire et très ".cheap", la déco inexistante, mais c'est propre. les salles de bain ne sont pas adaptées pour les pesonnes ayant de l'embonpoint, tellment elles sont exiguës! les petit-déjeuner sont corrects, sans plus.

Ok aber nicht nochmal

Hotel hat ca. 15 Zimmer, leider alle!!! ohne Balkon. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten 2.Geschoss. Aus den Fenstern hatten wir eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Das Bad: Der Abfluss eher schlecht. Die Aufhängung für den Duschkopf defekt. Sonst alles recht sauber. Mobiliar schon in die Jahre gekommen. W-LAN funktioniert leider nur im Frühstücksraum. Frühstücksraum ist ganz nett aber leider ohne Aussicht. Frühstück war sehr gut

Poor room , lied about wifi

Unfortunately, very poor cleaning and promised wifi was not in the room , poor breakfast No wifi in the room !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad accommodation. Never more,never more .

A cote de la plage. Loin du centre ville

Hôtellerie indépendante. Personnel très gentil mais les lits n.étaient pas faits : 2 draps propres de 90 cm pliés au pieds du lit pour un lit de 160. Un peu étrange ?! Rapport qualité/prix pas au RDV. En revanche cote positif : propre, à proximité de la plage, petite balade le soir possible loin des touristes en partant de la plage et en faisant une petite boucle à pied ce qui permet une vision de la Croatie différente de ce que l'ont peut avoir dans un hotel faisant partie d.une chaîne d'hotel. Bref, ça ressemble plus à une chambre d'hote même malgré la quantité de chambres qu'a un hotel.

Reasonable place

Some of their receptionists speak English, others don't. And let's face it... the room was rather small and crummy. There was no WiFi in the room - we had to sit in the reception to catch a signal (even there it was not great). The room had A/C. There is room cleaning every day, and guess what: they turn the A/C off! - perhaps in some misguided attempt to save energy. Breakfast offering was reasonable, although they automatically assume that people want orange juice for breakfast (tap water can be ordered). Hotel has a private parking lot.

Feeling to be a problem more tha a guest!

When we arrived, as we entered the hotel, the blonde lady, we suppose the owner, had very rude manners : she didn't say hallo. She didn't Give any informations we requested to get the city center, leaving the hotel, she did't say us bye! Realy unkind behaviour.

Frühstücks Pension.

Wer nur Übernachtung und Frühstück sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Standardisierte Frühstück wird allerdings sehr freundlich bedient.Getränke gibt es in dazugehörigen Bar über die Straße. Die Lage zum Naturstrand ist gut. Kategorie ist Pension.

kleine Pension direkt am Strand

sehr schöne kleine und einfache Pension, nicht weit von der Hafenpromende in Stobrec und doch sehr ruhig gelegen, einfach Ausstattung incl klima, sehr nette Bewirtschaftung, kleiner Strand direkt vor der Tür super zum Schnorcheln, für nen einfachen Urlaub wirklich zu empfehlen

Okay for 1-3 nights

Our stay was okay. Some things were better then others, but I personaly wouldn't stay here again. Our room was quite the oldest of the rooms they had, I guess. I think it would be good for a stay for 1-3 nights, but not longer. The WLAN didn't not work in our room, we had to stay at the window to get online, that was very frustrating. Sometimes it did not work at all. Breakfast was good but little variety and everyday the same.

Bra løsning til riktig pris

Lite, sjarmerende hotell hvor vi ble møtt personlig utenfor ved ankomst. Det faste personalet snakker kun kroatisk og tysk flytende, og meget begrenset engelsk. Men de er veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelige, og språkproblemene fremstår mer sjarmerende enn problematisk utover oppholdet. Fikk ett av tre rom med havutsikt og balkong, flott beliggenhet. 50 m til vannkanten ("betongstrand"), 800 m til flott relativt rolig sandstrand med gode fasiliteter (leie av solseng, gratis toaletter, spisested, aktiviteter), 400 m til busstopp til Spit – flott beliggenhet. Rent og ryddig på rommet, men bærer preg av mange år siden forrige oppussing. For eksempel skomerker i taket, og flere merker på veggene. God aircondition. Enkel frokost med loff, pålegg, frokostblanding og div. drikke.

Not exactly what we expected

We needed a one-night place in Split -- at the price, we expected more. It is a decent place with good beach access and facilities. None of the staff that we dealt with spoke English -- our first language, but our secondary languages (Serbo-Croatian, Russian) did make things work. Parking was good.
