"We only stayed one night to avoid driving round trip to and from a family event in Spokane Valley. With our one night stay we did not have time to avail upon all the amenities (board games, pool table, bikes to use, etc). But I really wish we could have stayed another day to just have fun. We did go down to the pool area in the evening. The hot tub was very appreciated. The temperature was not too hot and definitely not too cool. Pool was comfy to my husband but a bit cool for me. We noted a 24 hour gym on the premises. The room was spacious with lots of electric outlets and charging ports. I wanted to steal the soaps and lotions since citrus aromas are my favorite. Lots of pillows were on the beds and were just a cozy and soft as the mattresses. Breakfast is a simple buffet but was tasty for what it offered that I ate. Their juices actually tasted like real fruit juice rather than the overly sweet, juice flavored drinks at similarly priced hotel chains. The yogurt was sweet and creamy, I mixed in some of the granola from the cereal station to make a crunchy breakfast treat. The pancakes were made fresh with a wave of the hand and were hot and fluffy. I would have appreciated a dispenser of ice water at breakfast as I usually start my day with that rather than juices. Check-in and out were both quick and easy processes with amiable employees. The “Market” of snacks and drinks is expansive so there is no excuse for getting hangry while at Tru by Hilton."

"We enjoyed our stay, staff and breakfast! There was one exception I believe should be addressed: we brought our little weiner dogs with our cross-country trip for a number of reasons. But the carpet had many pet stains on it. The room didn't have any odor, which is great. But I wanted to ask how do I not get charged for all of the existing stains? My dogs were brought outside many times so they didn't do anything to add to the existing stains. So, other than my question/concern, I would like to make one final observation: the accessible shower(why we had an accessible room is no issue) wand is placed where it's easy to get alot of water on the floor of the bathroom even with the shower and curtain closed. I spent many years in the building and accessible codes, and may review another cose-complying location to save lots of issues with the property and suit(s) if someone slipped on the floors.
