"It was an okay hotel for one night before our flight home the next day. Rough around the edges and a strange odor in the room. Also, at 3 am the lights kept coming on and off (along with AC) even though we had the keycard in the slot as you need to. Luckily we had to be up at 4 am anyway for our flight otherwise we would have gotten no sleep. The one good thing about the hotel was the shuttle services to and from the airport"

"We used it for a one night stopover. Close to the train station and very good late check in.. nearly 2am because of our flight time landing after midnight. We had called a few days ahead to advise our late arrival… recommend you do this in case they give your room away. Not so easy to find late check in on a budget in the area. We had our own room which was clean and a good size. It’s a big place but felt good and safe. Optional breakfast was basic and not the nicest room to start the day, but good value and good for budget vs. being fed and ready to go for the day. We would stay there again."

"Excellent hotel and local to buses/airport. My daughters absolutely loved the pool — they were more excited about spending time at the hotel than sightseeing around Italy! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a proper break. The complimentary croissants were also incredible — easily a 10/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a comfortable stay."

"Location is the best place for traveling Venice and near by city even Firenze, 5 minutes to Mestre station.2 - 3 minutes to bus station to Marco polo airport. Hotel is clean. "This hotel was fabulous. The front desk helped to organize our trip to the airport after 2 nights here. The room fit 4 very comfortably. 2 showers was awesome, saved a lot of time. The elevator is very small, but we were on the 1st floor, and took the stairs a lot. The towels are super absorbent and feel great. There were slippers, shower caps and toiletry kits in the bathroom. The shower body/hair wash smelled fantastic. Lots of towels! The beds were comfortable and we all slept great. The safe also worked very well. Right across the street from the Venezia Mestre Train Station - super handy for going to and from Venezia St. Lucia station."
