"The hotel was pretty up to date decor wise. The room was clean and functional. The lobby had 24/7 coffee and tea and had a complimentary continental breakfast, the offerings were fewer than what is typical. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. "
"Our experience at this hotel was horrible. We check into your hotel around 4:00 Saturday. Almost immediately we heard loud talking coming from the room adjacent to us. This talking then elevated to screaming including profanity. At that time, I made a call to the front desk They did send a staff member up, but after the staff visited loud music and loud talking was heard coming from the room. At this point, I went down to the front desk and complained. Keep in mind this is all occurred under 2 hours of when we checked in. The staff was very nice but when I requested a room change they said there was nothing they could do because you were at capacity. I inquired about being transferred to your other Hyatt hotel in the area, but your staff said you had no affiliation with that hotel. My wife went down to front desk and was told the same thing. We did not feel safe and did not feel we should have to continue to listen to what was going on at the adjacent room. We checked out of your hotel before 6:00(within 2 hours of checking in) and had to book at room at a nearby hotel so we could try to salvage our anniversary get away.
We followed up with the hotel requesting a refund and they told us we need to go through expedia for the refund since we purchased the room through you. Please provide a refund. "
"I have stayed in many hotels over the years and can honestly say I have never encountered such a combination of basic failures in accommodations and service.First and most concerning, our room had no functioning heat, leaving the room uncomfortably cold throughout the night. During the evening, my daughter became sick, which is when I discovered that there was also no hot water in the room. We ran the shower for over 30 minutes attempting to get hot water, but it never warmed up. As a result, no one in the room was able to shower. A hotel without heat and hot water is simply unacceptable.Additionally, the refrigerator in our room barely functioned. It was hardly cold at all, and the drinks we placed inside remained warm. Between the lack of heat, lack of hot water, and a refrigerator that did not work properly, the room simply did not meet even the most basic standards expected from a hotel stay.On top of that, the ice machine on our floor was broken, forcing us to go from floor to floor searching for a working machine. This added even more inconvenience to an already frustrating stay.
The situation worsened the following morning when housekeeping began banging on our door nearly two hours before our scheduled checkout time. This was extremely disruptive and unprofessional. My daughter, who had been up sick all night, had finally fallen asleep and was abruptly woken up by the noise. I was shocked that staff would disturb guests so early, especially when checkout time is track"
"Do not come here if you're on a business trip especially during the weekend. Couldn't get any sleep noisy guests on both sides. Slamming doors, arguing in the hallways all night until day break. Reported it to the front desk. Don't mean a thing. I cancelled my reservation for the rest of the week and checked out in the middle of the night. Move to another hotel to get some rest for work. "
