The room was great! Soft beds, lots of plugs for charging devices, the A/C unit worked well and was relatively quiet. Notably, the staff were amazing! Our daughter wandered away from us and got lost, and the hotel staff did not hesitate to help us! One of the workers found her safe and sound, and gave her some snacks to help her not be so traumatized.

The hotel is very beautiful. You can tell they have had an upgrade. Everything is newly remodeled. The pool was a big hit with My Kids. Super fun to have fountain. However, the hot tub smell like a wet dog. It was so disgusting. We couldn’t even stand to sit in it. The lighting can use some upgrade, even with all the lights on it still felt dark in the room and after paying $600 for a room to stare at a picnic bench and a overhang from the top floor kind of feels overpriced
