This hotel has cool, rebathed tubs and magnetic Do Not Disturb signs-why wasn't this done years ago in all hotels. The room was comfortable, had room for visitors, there was a cool photograph of Pea Ridge Civil War Battlefield with cannons. Everything worked and the paint was fresh. This was far better than what I expected.

Great Economy Hotel
We use this hotel occasionally and we love that it has been updated recently. Room as well as bath are clean with new decor and tile showers. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. No eat in breakfast, but a very tasty grab and go sack breakfast that we enjoyed. Great economy place to stay👍

I like their upgrade of rooms. I have stayed at this hotel for years cause of their clean and friendly atmosphere. Even though I have business in Fayetteville I stay here. It's worth it to me

It was so bad that I had to get another hotel the next night. My reservation was not refundable so I ended up paying for rooms at 2 separate hotels, but this room was so disgusting I did it. The one drink machine was out of service and their idea of a continental breakfast was a paper bag with a muffin and yogurt in it kept at the front desk to be handed out.

Ms. Elizabeth,I am sorry that you feel our hotel is terrible. You booked a smoking room, the smoking rooms are indeed smoking rooms. We have a grab and go, granola bar, muffin, yogurt, fruit cup and water. That is the best option for us right now due to lack of staffing. We all work very hard to make sure our hotel is clean and presentable for the next guest. We just finished up remodeling our bathrooms.

I had pretty low expectations as this is a Super 8, but it was not bad. Really expensive for a Super 8. Property was pretty run down and aging, but not in bad shape. Room was clean, but the walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation going on next door.

Pleasantly Surprised
This was a pleasant surprise! Even though this is a budget hotel, it doesn't feel like a budget hotel on the inside. The rooms were clean, updated, and very comfortable. The front desk staff was so friendly. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Springdale.

I do apologize for what happened, we have a brand new system, and it glitched. I did go in this morning and credited your account back for the 107.73. I am not sure why you felt the need to threaten us, it was not something that my desk clerk did on purpose. You should not get any overdrafts, once everything goes through. Mr. Beck you called me yesterday afternoon and I told you that I had everything fixed and your money returned, and you were very happy and understanding. You said that you were going to leave us a good review, the room was great.....I am truly sorry for the mishap with your bank card.Have a blessed day!

We are in the process of updating our bathrooms, we started with the floor and at the end of the year we are putting in tile shower surround and replacing the faucets and shower head. Some of the bathrooms are missing tiles, due to putting the new floor down.

Clean, friendly, has a pool. Great value stay. Has big rig parking for those that need it. Bit of a tight squeeze and it is on a 5 lane road which can make turning left out of the hotel difficult. Otherwise, supreme budget stay.

I have stayed at this super 8 for the last 4 years always felt safe and comfortable. Last year stayed at a super 8 where I didn't feel safe or comfortable. So I decided to drive the 20 miles back to this super 8 instead of going back to the one I stayed at last year in Fayetteville.

In regards to the bathroom tiles missing, we are redoing our bathrooms, we have completed stage 1 which was the flooring, in stage 2 we are putting new tile tub/shower surround up. We have been very busy so stage 2 will not be done until late fall/winter. I will mention adding extra outdoor trash cans to my maintenance man. Have a blessed day!
