"We had 3 rooms, 414 had no microwave, couldnt take a bath because it was stuck on shower, the bottom of tub was rough from patch work.room 415 pillows smelt like smoke and ac smelt like dirty feet and room 405 the ac was very loud. Breakfast was not ready and fully put out til a little after 6 and we had to leave by 630 to be at an appoint so not all of us had time to eat. And all though the pool was not open yet it was disgusting to look at how dirty it was, it should have been covered. I feel like i should get a discount. "

"There was a bug issue but not terrible and some of the guest are definitely actively in addiction but the staff and owners are amazing and kind and were so helpful! I extended my stay based off of that alone"

"The hotel was marked as excellent. Thats why we stayed. I wouldnt give it more a one star. Damage in rooms and hallway. It needs to be remodeled. Its not been taken care of. Being a marriott hotel i was shocked. Hotek staff just said sorry. The tv didnt work. The first thing you see when you walk in is a man in very unkept state. "

"The room was absolutely disgusting. Unfinished walls, stains on both chairs. No sealant on the walls of the shower, with no fan in the bathroom which assuredly is a breeding ground for mold. Still a towel hanging up the bathroom, which made me think it wasn’t properly cleaned. Toilet wouldn’t stop running either. The head board of the bed was all stained, I brought my own blanket and pillow because I refused to get into that bed. The hotel was overall run down. Broken floor tiles in the elevator, rickety luggage cart that almost fell apart. This hotel is the filthiest thing I’ve ever experienced. "
