Comfortable stay

Staff was friendly and helpful! One door could not be opened from the outside. Hot tub did not work properly, as it wouldn't produce any bubbles when the timer was turned on.

How are you supposed to shower with no curtain?

We arrived at the hotel around 1AM. Upon entering the room we discovered that the bathroom was missing a shower curtain and the pullout sofa had dirty sheets on it. Dispite those two inconveniences the room was spacious and the clean sheets were soft.

Our trip got extended and the desk staff was wonderful to work with. Everyone who we encountered was extremely friendly and super polite. My 16 month daughter loved staying here as well. The pool was comfortable warm to enjoy.

Ants/Bugs in Room

Overall it was ok. The location was good and the staff were great. However there was an issue with ants/bugs in the room. They did not have any other rooms to move me to, but the staff did come up and spray with disinfectant. Unfortunately it did not help and I went and bought ant traps to put around. Just made the stay slightly uncomfortable.

No to the pool

The only negative I have to say about our stay is that one of the beds in our room was very uncomfortable- it was almost sinking in in the middle. The other bed wasn't too bad. Also, the pool was pretty green and cloudy and the walls of the pool were slimy to the touch. Otherwise, our service was great, clean rooms, and the breakfast was great!
