Small room, but very clean and packed with amenities. Only glitch was that the a/c - heating unit wouldn't shut off. Had to pull the plug. Friendly, helpful staff and great morning coffee in the lobby. Ample, free parking for our large RV. Would stay again when in the area.

It was a convenient place to spend the night. When we pointed out that there was no hot water for the shower, the person in the office immediately gave us a key to a different motel room that did have hot water. Then he came over to check it out himself.

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable

My stay at Red Roof satisfied everything I was hoping for after a long road trip. Convenient food nearby along with stores for supplies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We did not stay!! We went to Check in we were locked out of office, manager was on a call yelling and cussing the entire time. People all around just hanging in parking lot and were super sketchy and just felt very unsafe!!

The room was ok, but could have been cleaner. The beds were made sloppy. There was a bag of laundry sitting outside my door. Out of 1-5 rating I would give it a2.5.

Absolute dump. Avoid at all costs. Staff couldn't figure out the computer to check us in. The area is dirty and seems like a lot of vagrants and drug dealers in the area and facility. Grounds unkept, room smelled bad... Stay away.

Well it was a cheap room but the 1st room I was given wasn't even cleaned yet. I opt for a smoking room & new it might have a smoke smell brought a candle. The room was somewhat clean but holes in bedspread not great!!! But I couldn't afford a 5 star hotel.

Double Billed?

I booked my room using Hotelsdotcom on 3/29/2024 for a two-night stay on 05/24/2024 & 05/26/2024. I was again charged by Red Roof Inn when I arrived on the 24th. I did not feel safe because of the noise from other guests, location, and marijuana smell. I have received a credit from Red Roof Inn that did not fully cover the second (double) billing.

Looked like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in months. Stains of some sort all over the walls. Didn't even dare get in the shower. Very unclean. The remote for the TV has corroded batteries and it did not work and when asked for a channel guide of some sort they said they didn't have one.

Not only did the desk clerk ask for a tip when I checked in, but he also came down to the room with a "free" bottle of water (normally $1 to buy) and ask for a tip again. I gave it to him to prevent any repercussions that might occur.

Firstly, I requested for a non-smoking room, but the room was stinky like a skunk. Secondly, they where bugs all over the place that I had to go look for insecticide and spray the room. No microwave and the refrigerator was infested with bugs. The walls had open sockets with wires. I have never felt uncomfortable sleeping like this anyway before.

We had to switch rooms twice.. first one had an air conditioner that was falling apart and didn’t work…the second one had been used there was a key in the room and pillows had head marks in then and bedding was messed and the desk clerk didn’t believe me and had to check himself
