The motel has been redone and the room while small was well kept and breakfast hot and good. However, the bottom of the shower was red with mineral and/or bacteria scum. I could not shower there thinking of the possible consequences. I reported it at checkout. The sink and toilet bowl were free of mineral buildup so I believe this to be bacterial and lack of proper sanitization.

Overall a clean and quiet hotel for an affordable hotel. The breakfast was pretty good too. Really close to the Springfield Historical area and Route 66 and across the street from a Walmart, Target and restaurant. Would stay again.

I liked the convenience of location but the mattress topper had blood on it and the bathroom shower needs to be replaced because of the discoloration over time. It also had an old/musky type of smell in the room.

There is a train track that runs behind the building, but train didn’t bother us much. It’s in convenient area for shopping and access to highway and Chatham.
