Bigger suites than some of the other hotels around the area in the same price point. More attractive rooms and better quality of bedding. The showers and their Tea-Tree toiletries are so good you could shower for an hour.. Pool, gym, office space the usual facilities just appear nicer. Friendly staff. Did I mention the never-ending breakfast with amazing variety and quality for free breakfast. It is just located at the edge of the city at this time built in the subdivision that is coming up but everything is drivable in 5-10 minutes. There is a pub/restaurant next door, Scheels for shoppers adjacent.

My stay at the Springfield was great! I stopped in for one night on a trip from California to the Midwest and the property had everything I needed. There’s a brew pub next-door which was perfect. The customer service at the hotel was great and I would return again.

Last minute trip, was unplanned. Booked through Expedia. Arrived at hotel and the staff were friendly and we were able to check in 30 minutes early. Room was spacious, updated and clean. Bed was comfortable and breakfast the next morning had many options. Very thankful for the location of the property and overall had a great experience. I have already referred family to stay there when they travel for any reason in that area.

Very modern!

Room was nice and clean. One of the more modern hotel rooms I've stayed in a very long time. Only compaint was they did not keep the hot breakfast food trays filled. Many peolle standing around waiting for hit trays to come out.

Amazing Place to Stay

Wow! Wow! Wow! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. It was clean, updated, the staff were beyond fantastic and the breakfast was off the hook. The staff made me feel like I was at home and super comfortable. Something I have missed in post COVID travel. My room was huge with amazing features like a motion censored light in the massive walk in closet. The desk with the sliding partisan was a great feature. Then the breakfast-amazing. I was actually going to go out and find something to eat and then stopped and looked at what was available-oatmeal with toppings like coconut flakes, blueberry compote, chocolate chips and more!! They had great scones and breakfast sandwiches too. I got the best night sleep I have had in weeks being on the road and am grateful I found this gem of a place to stay. I was wowed on all levels and will definitely be back.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Being away from home over the holidays, they made us feel like family. The breakfast attendants were awesome and the facilities sparkly clean. I’d stay again and recommend this hotel to friends.

Room was clean, sleek design. Generous breakfast included. Checkin staff was horrible though. First gave me a room that was already occupied, then tried to charge me a higher rate for a king bed. Manager had to come and correct everything.
