Friendly front desk staff. Adequate breakfast. The room was adequately clean and comfortable. Rooms do not have a fridge or microwave but one is available in lobby. Could benefit from a little update in halls (Paint/carpet) but the rooms were fine and the stay was quiet and decent.Walkable distance to most Lincoln sites. Overall, happy with the stay. Parking was easy.

Can’t recommend this hotel. Rooms are outdated, beds are squeaky and the towels NEED REPLACING! I’ve never seen toilet paper so thin either. Breakfast was very underwhelming, and the coffee was weak. Will not recommend this hotel unless it gets some major upgrades. Free parking was nice, and the location is good. That’s it.

The best breakfast so far in USA (three weeks in, LA to Chicago) fresh fruit fresh scrambled egg, sausage Bacon, yogurt, bagels, cereal, everything really. So helpful at the desk, we got a puncture and they let us use their phone to arrange a replacement car. Bed super comfortable. Bathroom nice with shower gel. Walkable to all the Springfield attractions. Highly recommend, couldn’t fault it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past month. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is hot and tasty. There several menu options. The location is nearby many tourist attractions. However, on this trip I was concerned about: 1. The stagnant water in the shower soap dish holders. 2. No refrigerator in the room. 3. No microwave in the room.

Place is older but has had some work done in inside. Check in staff made it quick, Room was just right, place was only a block from the capital and other places of interest. Check staff could use a little work. Breakfast was pretty good.

I had arrived early after a terrible experience at another hotel and the staff were SO NICE and the property was very nice. Decent breakfast and nice lounging areas. Nice view. Many things in walking distance including Dumb Records and Prairie Archives as well as capitol attractions. Absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re spending time in Springfield.
