Search Bed and Breakfast in Springville

"Room was decent. Not 5 star, but a bed and a shower. Unfortunately, no soap or shampoo in the room. Hotel room door definitely needs a paint job. No staff at front desk, had to call a number to get someone to check me in. Had to plug in heater because it was obvious the room wasn't used in a while. Breakfast was advertised but there was none. Parking lot needs work. Ton of potholes and property was not very clean with ice maker out of order, garbage bins and other cleaning items left in corridors. Great restaurant next door was a positive. Average hotel at best and ownership should make investments in improving the property experience instead of making it a money grab."

"When checking into the hotel there was obviously some sort of zoom meeting going on at the front desk. While the clerk checked us in, he was about to explain where the room was and asked "please hold a second so I can do roll call" to which he unmuted the microphone and tried to introduce himself to the clearly more important moment. At 5 am when I woke to use the bathroom, I turned the light on which spooked the resident cockroaches. 2 went skittering across the sink, to which I smushed one and missed the other. In the morning, when we went to leave, I spoke with a lady at the front desk. Shared about our bug run in to which she explained. "We just had an exterminator come in recently but we were told it could take 2-3 weeks for them to be completely gone..we appreciate your understanding!" 24 hours later, and I am still not understanding. You let us check into a facility that you had treated, but told no one about. When I called back now to clarify my upset (before leaving an honest review), the same woman stated, "how could we warn you about something if we didnt know they were there, if the previous guests didnt tell us?" I reminded her she had mention they had an extreminator there but was told "thats just something we do around areas in general" We stay in MANY hotels and this will definitely not be one we stay at again. **unneeded by us, but the pool was also closed and we were not told when making the reservation. Glad my kids weren't along for this trip."

"Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!"
