"One elevator worked - caused long delays going to room"

"from the elevator to hallways and the room. The smell was so bad. We bought air fresheners to help us be able to stay in the room. "

"The stay was ok. The smell wasn’t bad but it was great either. I suggest using one of those scent diffuser for the HVAC. The room had out dated furniture that was stained, chipped and looked like a dog had eaten at the chair. The staff was excellent. Very nice and courteous. It was clean. It I just think the rooms can use an upgrade in furniture and the smell can improve."

"There is something terribly wrong in this place. The smell in the air I have never smelled before, and reminded me of black mold. I took the loss of $168 and went up the street to a hilton. The smell stayed in my nose and clothes until i took a shower. Seriously, a major health concern. "
