"Mein Sohn und ich hatten ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe.Was daran jetzt Deluxe war,weiß ich ehrlich gesagt nicht.Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich,wir hatten auch einen großen Fernseher an der Wand und eine Regendusche aber außgerechnet an der großen Fensterfront war der Griff abgebrochen und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen.Dementsprechend dreckig war es auch.Der versprochene Blick aufs Meer war ein seitlicher Blick auf den Wreechener See nicht auf die Ostsee. "This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "

"Nice Hotel but not five star. Rooms in main hotel are probably five star but we stayed in building next door. hotel restaurant was excellent. Reception and service was unorganised. Not so happy and several errors and delayed check in. A bit annoying that I couldn’t book extra night for 140 EUR. Instead I had to pay 240 Eur at hotels.com! Only place room was available. "

"Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak "
