"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. Although, it still didn't start and we didn't enjoy it, we would love to stop again and wonder in the forests eating berries. We went to the store and bakery he told us and bought wool sweater that is very warm, sandwiches and coffee, some food and other unnecessary stuff )))) to support local business. "Ansich nicht schlecht aber beim näheren Hinsehen müsste die Hütte mal wieder eine Auffrischung bekommen. Vor allem da es jetzt nicht so günstig ist. Vor allem die Kommunikation zw. Expedia und dem Topcamp sollte überdacht werden, einchecken vor Ort war nur bis 17:00 möglich, Online Check In wäre direkt zwar möglich gewesen, nur das die Zahlung von Expedia am TopCamp nicht übertragen wird und war daher auch nicht möglich war online ein zu checken. "While the property is clean and modern, there is no cold water in my apartment. So we can’t flush the toilet and we didn’t have clean cold water to drink. The shower is very hot due to no cold water. There is no shampoo, conditioner or cleaning soap. WiFi password is not provided in the room. We tried to contact the customer service by email but they are so far away and cannot help us. On top of this, finding the room and parking is also not so easy. Overall this made our night very difficult....
