"This will be good in few years. Right now it's still lacking alot. There is constant construction , it's supposed to be utopia but there is floor making , huge trucks lugging dirt and most annoyingly there is a weird noise form the electric system in the yard . It isike an ancient Chinese torture every 45 sec or so you hear a 5 sec buzzing from the electric system. The staff is trying hard and 50 percent are very nice but the rest are just constantly confused."

"The quantity of food at breakfast was amazing. I would have liked more variety, but that's being picky. The resort was packed with unruly children. So it's family friendly, but not tranquil."

"I’m not sure this should be a 4 star rating, was more like a 3. Not sure we’re ‘luxury’ came into it! Lots of things were closed, games (mini golf, table tennis , air hockey) were either broken or not open. The spa was there but looked very dirty and forgotten about. Staff only spoke Bulgarian, with very few English words spoken by the very younger staff so not really international friendly. Rooms were mopped daily but not much else. Food was same every day except for one replacement dish a day...

"The studio confirmed in my booking which had to be in Menada Kavaci (Complex Green Life) unexpectedly was changed by phone with a studio situated in Menada South Pearl. ...very different from the confirmation, it was absolutely not worth even the half of the high price paid! Small sudio, old, shabby furniture ,low level of hygiene ,not clean at all, rests of uncleaned dead mosquitos or other insects were left on floor and furniture . "Staff very nice, food lovely. Down sides from our 1night stay are: 1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving. 2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets before our two year old went out there. 3) cigarets left in the ashtray on our balcony. 4) The mattress in room 31 has collapsed and has a sunken hole in it. This had ruined my back the next morning."

"Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ..."

"Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they changed the air conditioning for heating the day we arrived which was totally unnecessary. It was incredibly hot during the night. Also we received an unscheduled guest at 10pm - the bellboy entered the room without knocking as he went to the wrong room. Was not impressed! "
