The rom is excelent but unfortunately there are no elevator in all the buildings, so getting all the luggage in the room could be challenging if you're not strong enough. Enyway the staff if very friendy willing to help you if you need. There are washing mashine, dishwasher plates and all you need for even for longer stay. But all of this will be not necessary if you have plenty of restaurands around you on the Piotrkowska street. "

"Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (best thing about the place). The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife. Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements."
