"Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again. "

"Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality...

"Ideally situated for old town square. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. We were staying at the rear of the hotel, but i imagine it could be noisy at the front, with traffic on the cobbled road. Only things missing is a seating area with possibly the option of coffees etc. Also the showers were a bit slippery. Would definitely consider another visit."
