I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by MOV Hotel Bukit Bintang. For the price, the quality and overall experience were fantastic and it felt like excellent value for money.
The location is brilliant. You are right in the middle of Bukit Bintang with plenty of food, bars and shopping nearby, and I found it an easy walk across to Chinatown and other parts of central KL.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, and the room was comfortable and well presented.
And a special mention for the air conditioning! Absolutely ice cold, which is exactly what you want after spending the day walking around Kuala Lumpur.
A really enjoyable stay, fantastic value and a hotel I would happily recommend.

Dont expect help from hotel staff as they have nothing to do with guests that book through this site. Had to communicate with room owner direct. No towels or access to the gym. When asked for them we received torn dirty towels. Very disappointing 😞

My family decided not to stay at the suite because so much inconvenience of the location and amenities but we still paid for it. I wrote them a constructive feedback but I was given an unprofessional reply which totally a disappointment.
