"Check in staff were friendly and efficient, also observed her being extra helpful and kind to another guest. Every aspect of the room was clean, was nice to find both a microwave and fridge, and the fan/heater was easy to use and worked well. There were plenty of easy to access and within reach outlets (traditional and USB) around the room. I personally love this layout of room - bench seat under the window, desk with chair under a tv and next to a tall cabinet with the microwave, coffee, small counter, and fridge, wall mounted bedside tables on each side of the bed. While not brand new, I think the simplicity of the layout (few upholstered pieces, wall mounted tables/counters) make it efficient for staff to keep clean so no hesitation booking here or recommending it to others. Only note I will make is that my booking mentioned included breakfast but the breakfast area was closed, including the coffee and tea station. Wasn’t an issue for me but might be worth confirming availability of breakfast if you’re planning on relying on it."
