"The pool had a beetle in it. The bathtub was quite dirty. They had a power outage for 6 hours one day. Elevator seemed like it might break down any second. You get what you pay for. Phone didn’t work to call front desk, tried phoning front desk with my cell and no one answers."

"My room was clean and as described. I enjoyed the coffee machine area, just not as crammed with extra spots to put snacks and food that we brought in from the road. "

"Most disappointing thing about this hotel was that I was looking for a hotel with EV charging. Under amenities it stated that it did have charging stations but not that they cost to charge your vehicle"

"Hot tub was not working. Kids still swam in tge pool. "

"Breakfast was not so wonderful. Food was not put under warm it was just put in ceramic dishes so was not very warm. Never used the pool hot tub. The cost of pet for one night was $100.00 ouch. That was good for 6 days. I asked is there a rate for one night she said no. I will be checking another motel next time in Edmonton. "

"I myself did not sray. My daughter and grandson stayed. They liked the fact that it was a 2 bedroom. "

"Parking was simple and close. AC and Furnace both worked perfect. Couldn't hear any neighbors. Friendly and very helpful staff"
