Great hosts. Fantastic location. Room was very spacious and comfy. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. Good parking. Right next to the beach.

Fun day in St Andrew.

My wife and I enjoyed to stay at this Guest House. Mr. Bill explained to us everything. He was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I didn't have problem to park my car because it was near to the Guest House. It is very convenient because it is near to the beach and the Cathedral and downtown. In general, we had a good time there, and I will repeat it again.

Bill was welcoming on arrival and looked after us very well during our stay. His hearty breakfast was just the ticket to start the day. Our family room was large, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you!! 😃

The booking was OK, thanks Expedia. Then the mess started. In one word, poor communication and underwhelming customer service. They seem to think that overwhelming you with information, e-mails, demands, etc., is a good way to communicate with the customer. On the afternoon before we arrived, no less than 5 e-mails were send to me to confirm the arrival time. God forbid, we changed our plans! Oh, dear, the nastiness that followed! We felt we had to apologize for everything. We were tired and jet-lagged and we said so, but hey, breakfast is 6 to 9 am, or die. Well, we were late for breakfast by 10 minutes, so were greeted by a mean and nasty "Good afternoon", and offered a stale Tesco-derived crap for food. When you consider the steep price, the very ordinary and somewhat run down room, the lack of parking space, and the poor service, I'll never consider going there again, and so should you.

It was an easy walk to the beach where there was a walking path. Once we were there we were told that they didn’t accept credit cards so had to run out to an ATM machine. The room was old but not in a good way. There was no on property parking as advertised. The breakfast was good.
