"This hotel is absolutely amazing, especially if you have kids. I stayed there around 15 years ago, before I had my own and thought it was awesome but having been back recently, it’s even better than I’d remembered. They seem to manage to keep the place looking pristine, despite all the kids who visit 😂. It’s modern, comfortable and very clean in all communal areas and the rooms are just as lovely. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, they couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed two nights as a family group of 8, across 3 rooms, for the Santa weekend from 12-14 December. We enjoyed two delicious breakfasts and the kids enjoyed the visit from The Grinch on Sunday morning. We ate in the bar on both evenings of our stay and I would say this is one area which could have been better, as the food wasn’t hot either night, it was luke warm at near. The entertainment on the Friday was better than the Saturday but the kids had a ball regardless. We all enjoyed swimming in the pool, although with small children, it could have been slightly warmer. All in all, we honestly had the best stay and can’t wait to return. Well done to all management and staff at the hotel, who really make it a fabulous place that people want to return to and we wish you all the most wonderful Christmas! "
"The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting Blackpool. "
