"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"Well, what can i say about the villas at cool shade. It was spectacular. The entire villa was impeccably clean. Lush gardens and flowers. The rooms and decor were a breath of fresh air while staying true to its island feel with their vibrant colors. The pool! Oh my the pool! My kids and i couldn't get enough of the pool. I think we went there 3 out of the 4 days we stayed. The gated community was quiet and relaxing and at evenings/ nights i just sit out on the verandah and soak in that fresh...

"TERRIBLE experience. The security did not allow us to get onto the property without a room number. The owner of the property never picked up their phone and we called them hundreds of times. Was then stuck in a foreign country in the middle of the night trying to find a place to sleep.."

"The description of the property was not at all accurate. The pool was big but was not at all a ”resort pool”. The dishwasher didn’t work, showers didn’t work properly, AC couldn’t keep up with the heat. It wasn’t close to anything. Nothing. No coffee maker or ice maker. Literally 4 plates. It was not well appointed. It was really disappointing. "

"This property was awesome—The property owner (I assume) was in contact with me and was available for any assistance. We had adequate towels, linen, etc. My daughter left things behind and Dahlia contacted me even before we realized things were left behind, and offered to, actually shipped them/ it back. There were only two things that I did not like: access to even the closest restaurant, and Country Store was worse part as we had to walk the busy Jamaican street and do so without sidewalk. It would be great if the surroundings property owners subscribed to some sort of shuttle that ran maybe once or twice per day. Despite this, the Imperial Topaz at Richmond was safe, clean, awesome. I would stay there again, but just arrange for transportation throughout."

"I prepaid, as required, for this place for a family vacation. When I arrived and attempted to check-in, the place was no longer available. This meant that my family of 6, including 3 kids (11 and under) were left without a hotel on Christmas. I cannot evwn begin to explain how heartless this act was. Please, never rent from here."
