But still some things were strange to witness: no hand sanitizer in the hotel (unrefilled), no hot/warm water to drink during the day - the only option I was offered was to fill a cup with cold water and microwave it… Surely not Hilton’s level. The water in the jacuzzi was the same temperature as in the regular pool. Good place, but definitely with room for an improvement
