The property was OK. Nothing special but exactly what you would think you would get for the price. The location of the property is nice, directly across from the pier, there is a gas station next-door, and within walking distance to several places to eat.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic, but clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet. The beach is just across the street. They have coffee available in the lobby in the morning and tea 24 hours, which was a nice amenity.

Nice location just across the road from the pier. First room on the main level the fridge didn't work. Second on main level was very musty. Staff was friendly. We then got a room on the second floor that was nice but the weed smell was too strong so we left early.

This property is fine for a night after the concert. Staff is available and parking seems secure. The room was clean but smells of mildew slightly. It was super windy and the roof was coming loose so there was a rattle. We didn’t ask for any assistance or make anyone aware. The property is very conveniently located. It is just getting progressively run down.
