It was absolutely stunning in St Augustine, the inn we stayed at was a block from historic downtown. Room was clean, it was a fantastic price per night.

Our stay was nice. Don't come here expecting a Hilton. It is a very basic motel but better than expected. With that being said it was very clean, quiet, the front desk guy was very nice and friendly. We had a problem with our shower not turning on, when it was brought up to the front desk guy, he had someone in our room in less than 5 minutes. The maintenance guy was quick and fixed it, he was very nice and in and out in no time. Over all our stay was better than expected. The only complaint I have about this place is that there was not a microwave in the room. The location is perfect if you want to walk to St. George Street as it's only a 7 minute walk. There is a great coffee shop 2 blocks away and many really good restaurants VERY close by.

Walking distance to attractions.

This family run hotel had seen better days, but everything was clean and had everything we wanted. Some remodeling had been done. Location was within walking distance to the Fort and nearby attractions, which could save $15 in a daily parking fee. Value was excellent for this area. Would stay there again.

Clearly under going renovations however they allowed us to check in early and leave our car after check out so we could grab lunch. Very close to downtown (walkable). Looking forward to stopping back once renovations are complete.

Place is run-down. Looks like a rushed renovation. The bathroom was dirty, and so was box spring cover. TV was so small and cheap; speakers blown. It is walkable to great restaurants and shops though.
