"Location is perfect with free parking. Rooms need some maintenance but the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The hvac worked well and was quiet. The general care of the grounds and buildings need attention. Although the pool wasn’t heated it was refreshing and clean. "

"Best Western Seaside was a great overnight stay. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and attentive. The beach is right across the street. We did not use the breakfast buffet or the pool/hot tub. I would recommend for a short stay in St. Augustine Beach. Check out Cafe Eleven down the road. Great food, service and music events."

"I really enjoyed the Edgewater Inn. I liked the location next to the river and across from the city. I liked being able to sit on my patio next to the river, have a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. The breakfast was quite good and the hostess kindly packaged mine up so I could eat it later in the morning. The dining space was pleasant and had a good view. IT is a simple, comfortable lodging place in a very convenient location for both going into the city and also enjoying Anastasia Island. I recommend it as a home base for exploring the area."

"The room was smaller than expected , but still clean. The on-site laundry was very nice. The outdoor pool was super cute and had a nice vibe. The stairwell smelled like a very strong musty odor. I’m not sure if it was related to water damage.breakfast was very nice but pricey "
