"This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. The fridge was as always stocked with bottles of water and Jersey Milk in a carton and not in little pots which was a nice touch. We ordered Room Service a couple of times and that was very good also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, our room had an ocean view which was so nice and hearing the sea was so calming and relaxing."

"Amazing place for a base to explore the island. Room was upgraded as it was my birthday. An extra little touch was a beautiful card in my room. Staff extremely friendly, spotlessly clean. Food top notch. Room and view were fantastic. Private steps down to the beach. Fabulous place. It is honestly the best view in the bay. Thank you for making our holiday so special, i lost a bracelet whilst i was there, i mentioned it to receptionist and she called the cleaners to look out for it, it was found in the corridor within 5 mins. Absolutely brilliant service "

"This is a lovely hotel which is made by its staff, who are uniformly cheerful and friendly. The location is great, and there are drivers who will take you to nearby spots, but a car is really needed to take advantage of all that the island has to offer. The food is excellent, with a wide choice at breakfast and high-quality meals in the restaurant. Such a pity that the hotel is converting later this year to self-catering accommodation only. "

"While having been updated it has kept its period charm. Great position with beautiful views and within walking distance of all St Helier amenities. Very comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff. Bus service is amazing and you can get pretty much anywhere on the island for a very reasonable flat price fare."
