"This reservation was a saving grace after a VRBO reservation was ignored by the owner in Dingle. This is a wonderful property and the manager is a gentleman without equal. He was upset at the cost we had been charged and adjusted it to my advantage as it should have been. The room was great and the breakfast was superb. I could not recommend a place more if folks are heading to Tralee."

"paid $290 for this hotel stay and unfortunately it was nowhere near worth the price. The room was very tight and felt cramped, which made the stay uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing—there weren’t even any washcloths provided, which is something you’d expect at this price point. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations. For what we paid, we expected a much higher level of comfort and service. I’m very disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia for this booking."
