"The peoperty is in a great location, check in and check out were completely hassle free. The property itself was rwally clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you need. The washing machine was a godsend for a beach location like Cornwall. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "

"This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). "Wonderful location next to watergate Bay Hotel. Great sized living room for a two bed flat, 2 toilets and big kitchen helped for our family of 5 plus dog! Whilst was clean, it was very short of contents. There were a few unmatched plates and cups, no scourer or brush for cleaning and general lack of kitchen utensils. Looks like was decorated last in 1973. If they painted white and added some colourful pillows and a bigger television they could charge twice the price!"

"Was thoroughly impressed with the full package on offer at SeaSpace. Great rooms and lots of additional facilities (amazing pool area, kids playgrounds, games room, laundry etc) to keep everyone happy. I know it's an aparthotel but my one gripe is that they didn't clean the rooms or change the sheets/towels. We stayed for a week and by the end things were a little sandy/musty. We could have chosen to pay for new towels and a mid stay clean but it felt like that kind of thing should be offered as the hotel part of being an aparthotel. Aside from that, loved it and wouldn't hesitate to recommend."
