"Front desk staff were pleasant and always helpful. Staff in coffee shop were awesome. The young man who seated us was so kind and remembered us from day to day. Our servers were efficient and welcoming. We had a few issues with room amenities and devices, but they were handled appropriately by friendly staff. Especially Marsha or (Marcia)? Very kind! Very pleased!! Enjoyed the casino! Liked having coffee maker in the room, but would also have liked a microwave. Several in our group Enjoyed the TV in the bathroom! Also was very appreciative of getting the adjoining rooms for our fun girls trip! We enjoyed our stay!"

"We had a good stay but somethings were unexpected coming from a fancy hotel in a big city. We are from a small town in Arkansas and even we have microwaves in the rooms.. I didn't like that I had to go 14 floors down over to a different wing of the hotel to pop my popcorn in the middle of the night.. the pool was great and all but it is only up to 4 and a half feet and doesn't get no lower then 3 feet.. NOT heated indoor pool. Breakfast was so yummy and so many options.. it was not free and I ended up paying over 70 dollars for the breakfast buffet both mornings we stayed.. but yet we paid extra when we revered the room so we could have breakfast included with our room.. which I was not! The staff was very helpful and met all our needs.. but threaten to throw away my pizza after 5 min of it sitting on the counter when everything else was brought to my room.. but wouldn't bring the pizza. It just didn't make sense to me. We had a good time but will not be booking with this hotel again.. was not worth the money.."

"The evening social and morning breakfast were both great, the hotel is having some updates done but nothing that interrupted sleep or functionality in any way. The parking garage is secure and has keyed entry. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay and would happily return. Only tiny ding I can give is we were looking forward to the hot tub and it was sadly out of service during our stay. But the bathtub was deep and the water hot, so that was a bonus."

"Something is being done extremely well at The Clayton Hotel. The staff are always the best and if you frequent this hotel you'll find out that most of them have worked here for decades and longer. They love their jobs and so I love to stay here ! Breakfast is my favorite because I'm greeted like Family by the chef who creates masterpieces out of Omelets and he does it with a smile very quickly even on holidays this man is ready to serve you. Maintenance crew is incredible and keep this places lights on 24/7. My hellos are met with "how are you doin ?" And "nice to see you again" ! Yea I'm staying here when I hit St Louis and I'm making this my favorite on the app. You're in for a treat folks !"
