The whole experience was great. Haley at the check in was great. Very welcoming and great personality. Breakfast was very good. Coffee hot and gre a t flavor. Beds were firm and we slept well.

Nice enough to lay your head down, but the beds were not comfortable, the pool was cold, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the room didn’t smell fresh. Location was great, breakfast was decent and staff were friendly.

Everything about our stay was really good. Staff was friendly and very helpful with all requests. My only complaint would be that the pool water was uncomfortable cold.

Most terrible bathroom I have ever witnessed at a Fairfield. Toilet ran all night and could not be stopped. Opened tank and it was so corroded it could not be fixed. Breakfast was fair, coffee was not hot. Cereals were all sugar cereals etc. enough said

Shouldn't charge to park

Hotel was clean but not updated. Not happy I had to pay to park in a parking lot. Not like it was a parking deck. I still got wet from walking in rain.

The property was clean however they could clean the tub a little better there was a ring around the tub, and when we checked in at 11:30pm our room still wasn’t ready but overall I love the hotel location and the staff was friendly

Girls' trip

Responsive and quick Front Desk acknowledgement for both check in and out. Gluten free breakfast options (yogurt, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, turkey or pork sausage patties, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple or orange juice, fruit. Had zero issues with noise or doors slamming. Smart tv allows for streaming from personal device. Only issue was one of oir bathroom outlets didn't work.

The beds were so hard & when we called down to get more pillows cause we had 3 kids they only gave us 1 extra one. The pool was freezing and it wasn’t clean at all. Only good thing about it was the breakfast.

Didn't like that they charge you $12 for parking as if they are around something that all parking is taken up. Not the cleanest. Had to change rooms because the coffee pot was opened and left dirty on table, clumps of hair in bathroom, shower not clean. Second room something spilled all over nightstand. I just cleaned it up. Staff was friendly and nice and helpful.

If you actually want to sleep don’t stay here!

The place was clean with a nice room, the staff we came in contact with were very nice, however the noise level was off the charts! People constantly slamming their doors literally all night long, they didn’t just let the door close on its own they were slamming them to the point that it rattled things in our room, then of course there was the screaming crying kid with parents that have no respect for others in the hotel. This hotel needs to crack down on the noise level from other guests, I truly don’t know how the front desk didn’t hear the door slamming all night long, I will never stay here again, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in!
