"The check-in staff were not friendly when checking in, except the lady trying to sell you tickets to theme parks. I went the next day to obtain the tickets for the breakfast, only to be told that I didn't get them as they were not booked with my room. I told the lady I did book them and pulled up my confirmation email to show her that the breakfast did come with my room. She just shrugged her shoulders and gave me the tickets. No I'm sorry, or your correct, nothing. Just attitude was given to me with the breakfast tickets."
