"I booked an apartment at a 4-star hotel on Hotels.com. When we arrived at the location, surprise, the hotel only had 2 stars and the room we were offered was a standard room and by no means the apartment we paid for. The staff was very rude. It was a big spike."

"Great stay in June and July with Greenwood Hotel. The booking process was easy through Hotels.com, but impossible if trying to book direct. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us book a car rental when our initial reservation was cancelled by the company. The only downside is that we didn’t have great wifi from our room, so we had to get creative when it came to finding access in town, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the awesome front desk staff service. A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver. "Nice hotel with great wellness area, exclusive suite was spacious room. Unfortunatelly the meals provided are below average and its taste varies hugely from day to day. In our case 2 out of 5 days the food was good, the other 3 days was merely edible. Also, the service in the restaurant is nothing but chaos, where everyone is doing everything. There is total lack of experience (e.g. Question: What white wine you have? Answer: Dry.) Drinks have to be ordered separatelly, not even water is...
