The property was clean, the rooms are modern, and the staff was very nice. The only thing, I mentionne twice the A/C was not working, both of the times they mentioned they would take care of it but we never got an update and it never worked

Service à la clientèle en soirée très décevant. La personne à la réception doit revoir sa façon de faire et prendre un cours en service client. Ascenseur non fonctionnelle.... l'hôtel aurait dû nous aviser ou offrir une compensation.
