Seems the property has inferior amenities and is stiff with policy signage everywhere in rooms. I guess it’s like the property manager stayed to a potential guess, “if you do not like it, you can stay somewhere else”.

St George Marathon Runners Beware: New manager would not allow for late checkout after marathon finish. Stayed here in prior years and was allowed a late checkout, but no more. Under new management. Not allowed to return to room for quick shower after the race.

Generally a clean facility. Our room had a leaking toilet. The manager was informed about it and stated she hadn't had time to fix it. Also, the hot water had to run for twenty minutes before it was warm enough to shower. There were signs posted about it.
