"A well-situated hotel a little way out of St Ives, the building was a bit tired perhaps, but the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return."

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better - just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast each morning was fresh, tasty, and a real highlight of our stay. The hosts were warm, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"
