"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! Downside is that the rooms and beds are small (we are tall) and mattresses and pillows are not the best quality."

"Breakfast was good. Location was perfect, no need for a car as a tram stop is in front of the hotel. Restaurants and shops are nearby. Check in/out was quick and efficient. They don’t have a parking garage but there is a public one for 35 francs for the whole day about 1.5 blocks away. No complaints. Will stay there again "
