"The resort seemed understaffed and so the outdoor pool area was poorly maintained. Left cups accumulated by the hot tubs and pool, there were dozens. When it was brought to a staff’s attention, they said they were working alone and couldn’t attend to that at that time. The cups were there for hours. The property itself is beautiful and restaurants were great. But the maintenance of the building by the lake needs attention (rusted and such). The pools and hot tubs also need repair, there was an accumulation of what looked like mold on the tiles. The rooms were wonderful and clean."

"Very nice hotel: the lobby conveys elegance and spaciousness. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and really not cramped. The flashing light on top of the clock between the two beds was bright enough to require us to put eye covers :-) Plenty of towels! A distributor for shampoo, conditioner and shower gel would be better than small 'sample size' plastic containers . The breakfast was one of the best we had in North America!!"
