Property difficult to find. No one answers the phone or is on property to assist. We ran out of water on day 3. On one around to help. We had to leave a day early. I would not recommend or stay at this property again.

We really enjoyed the property, the views are amazing. Our room was a little stuffy as some of the screen windows were glued so we were not able to open them. We found a good amount of hair in our room upon arrival, we didn't complain, we simply used the broom provided to clean it up. There are a lot of stairs, if stairs are an issue, this would not be a good place to stay. We liked the location, very peaceful and quiet. Really enjoy the snorkeling at Salt Bay. We did not interact much with staff, when we did they were very kind and helpful. I would stay again, it was our first time at an eco-lodge, so we enjoyed the clamping like expierence

This was such an amazing location! Absolutely beautiful views and within walking distance to a gorgeous beach. No tv, internet was sporadic, but it was great just to enjoy the views and beautiful night skies. They were having a few staffing issues when we were there but it was OK.

The property is in a truly unique location with unparalleled beauty. It’s incredibly peaceful and has one of the best beaches on the island a short hike away - where turtles, moray eels and eagle rays were found in abundance and was not too crowded.

Beautiful views of salt pond bay from cabana. Be prepared for lots of stairs, it felt like about 200 to the restaurant from our upper cabin. The bay is walkable from the cabins but again all of the stairs plus a hike through the woods. It is very rustic here so be prepared for camping. Our cabin was open to the back deck and only had a mosquito nest pinned down to keep bugs out. We also slept with the netting over the bed. We traveled in late April and days were already hot ( upper 80’s) but luckily had a box fan in room to help at night. There is filtered drinking water down by the office/ restaurant. The island and beaches are very beautiful here so we will definitely be back. Bring a combination or keyed lock if you want to lock your cabin and gear.

Such a unique experience. This property sits on the side of a mountain with beautiful views of Salt Bay. They also have a pool and a bar/restaurant. My favorite staff member worked behind the bar. My husband and I called him Jamaica. This property is lucky to have this man!!!

Food and restaurant staff was great. View was amazing. As was the beach. Only complaint was the rats/ mice. We had several sightings in our tent and they left a lot of droppings which was gross. The staff said this was commonplace and not much they could do. Had we known about the infestation we would not have stayed there.

The “treehouses” need proper protection against rodents and bugs. All screens were compromised simply by not having a stronger covering such as chicken wire covering the screen. The staff were friendly but not forthcoming so far as the conditions of the property. The restaurant is NOT fully open. They offer chicken or a burger. Do not stay here if you do not like rodents in your bed. In my opinion they need to post pictures of upgraded rodent and bug prevention. That will probably never happen due to the lack of labor available on the island.

We loved staying at the Concordia Eco Resort. If you're looking for a quiet location with no crowds, beautiful views, kind and helpful staff, easy beach access (to Salt Pond Bay), and a comfortable bed, this fits the bill. We rented two villas (one for my spouse, two kids and I, and one for my mother-in-law). They have a studio setup with bed, pullout couch/futon, dining table, and kitchenette with a small fridge, 2 burners, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, silverware and pots. They technically sleep 4, but the pull-out couch is a little tight for 2. The balcony offers great views. And the staff members are so nice! This is a peaceful place in a remote area of the island, which is what we wanted so it was perfect for us. It might not be for everyone, but we would go back! Some info that's not on the website: - The restaurant was open when we were there (March 2025) and the food was excellent. The open air/deck seating is fantastic. Check the hours before going. - Bring your own shower soap/shampoo and coffee filters. Dish soap is provided. - The property is being updated after some hurricane damage, so some of it is a little rough around the edges. The office, restaurant, villas and pool are all great. The treehouses look cool but we didn't see the inside of them. Some appeared to need exterior work. - There are a lot of steps to get to the treehouses.

We fell in love with this spot! It is in a quiet corner of the island away from the crowds. Gorgeous tradewinds and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The staff is so welcoming and helpful! The pool, bar and restaurant area is very nice. It’s convenient to hiking the Ramshead trail, Salt Pond and Lameshur beach. Coral Bay is only a 10 minute drive. Our cabana was very rustic, but had all the basics: a sink, stove, fridge and dishes, toilet and shower, comfortable deck chairs, bug net and very comfortable mattress. The mattresses are plastic-covered, which can be a bit hot to sleep on, so if you are sensitive to that be sure to bring a mattress pad with you. If you need air conditioning there are villas with central a/c available. We love this spot and look forward to returning for many years!

I have been to Concordia 11 times. 8 times prior to Maria and Irma hurricanes. 2 times when it was owned by the prior owner after the rebuilding began. I LOVE the land, being in nature, a lot of memories with husband and entire family. I love the rustic, eco aspect (personally, never had an issue with the garden hoses in the shower). Have really appreciated the ‘off-the-grid’ no Wi-Fi vibe. It’s important to understand that this is not a hotel or fine resort. It is an eco-resort that sits within nature. The donkeys, the sea turtles in Salt Pond Bay, the little lizards, the hermit crabs. It’s currently in transition... not completely rebuilt and I get the sense that they have some staffing shortages (office was not open all day every day) and the restaurant is not yet reopened, but I appreciate the progress and the excitement of seeing it slowly come back. Definitely rustic and that is an important part of the experience and why I appreciate this place. There is no other place on earth quite like Concordia. It’s a very special home away from home and a big place in my heart. Looking forward to our next stay!

This property is not remotely listed accurately. If you would like to "rough it" on your vacation than this property could be right for you. Do not expect AC or wifi. The shower is a water hose that you have to hold over yourself. The staff is not helpful at all. Our check-in was being forced to wait over an hour to be told "you're in unit 12, it is unlocked, I do not have time to check you in." This left us walking around the property lost as there were no signs and no map provided. Later in the evening we requested a fan since nowhere in the property disruption was AC listed as not provided (anytime I have stayed somewhere without AC it was properly listed and fans were provided, but not here). I highly recommend paying more to stay elsewhere. If the property cannot even be listed accurately, they clearly do not care about your experience there.

Expect camping not resort To start with positives, the view is just amazing and the front desk when available was very helpful. We checked in late in the evening so they had closed by the time we could check the ameneties in the room. We liked the concept of the Eco resort and the views from the room/cabins were amazing, but this property is not yet ready to be rented. And definitely not at the price point they are renting it. If they are a camping site then state that, do not advertise as a resort. There are steep stairs to get to the cabins, multiple levels, very difficult to carry luggage up. The cabin is missing basic things, like a proper shower door , bathroom mirror and a wash basin. Do you expect guests to wash their hands and brush in kitchen sink? Our bathroom had a curtain on suspension rod that separated the bathroom and toilet from rest of the space and if you closed the front door the shower curtain would fall down. Shower head is more like lawn sprinkler. And toilet flushing requires some work/learning. There was no fan and only a thin sheet to cover yourself. One had to open all the window flaps to let air in as evenings were warm but mornings got chilly and that thin sheet would do nothing. Hotel need to include a blanket like any other facility or mention to bring your own bedding. Kitchen sink was very dirty, had broken electric outlets. There are no handles on the main door or balcony doors.

The view and location is remote, quiet, and our view overlooked salt pond bay. It view was simply incredible! We loved having coffee in the morning and just enjoying the view. The facilities were reasonably maintained. The location near many, very quiet and beautiful beaches was one of the best things. The water worked and shower system worked. There was a pretty significant leak in the roof above the loft. When it rained, there was a smell of sewage. The person at the front desk can be difficult to find or communicate with. When we asked for more sheets, she gave us a hard time. The chef at the restaurant was super nice and accommodating! The waitresses tried their best, but the service was underwhelming. Overall, our experience was average.
